Group Rate
- 20 person minimum
- A discount off the published fare for basic accommodation (excluding full meal) and train type the group wishes to ride

- Note: Trains operating Saturdays and Sundays during peak times and October-December are not available at group rates.
Private Charter
Charter the entire train for a two-hour adventure into the Secret Valley.
- $7,500 for up to 196 seats (plus 40 additional standee spots in open car)
- $1000 for every hour (or portion of) in addition to the two-hour adventure
- Catering options tailor-made to your occasion - please inquire.
- Plenty of room for everyone in your party:
- Passenger Coach Seats up to 78. Please note: No food or drinks are allowed in the passenger coach.
- Dining Car & Garden Cafe Car Seat up to 70. Space and resources are available for catering service, please inquire.
- Parlor & Lounge Cars Seat up to 48. Beer, Wine, and Soda available à la carte. Please inquire about cocktail service.
- 50% deposit required to secure a date on the schedule

Excursion Charter
Charter a specific car on the train for a two-hour adventure into the Secret Valley during any of our regularly scheduled excursions.
- $3,000 for the exclusive use of the coach.
- Passenger Coach Seats up to 78. Please note: No food or drinks are allowed in the passenger coach.
- $1500 for the exclusive use of our Cafe car. $2000 for the use of our Dining car.
- Dining & Garden Cafe Coach Seats up to 70. Space and resources are available for catering service, please inquire.
- $2000 for the exclusive use of one of our 1st class cars
- Parlor Car seats up to 24. Beer, Wine, and Soda available à la carte. Please inquire about cocktail service.
- Lounge Car seats up to 24. Beer, Wine, and Soda available à la carte. Please inquire about cocktail service.
- 50% deposit required to secure a date on the schedule
Note: Trains operating Saturdays and Sundays, October-December, are not available at excursion charter rates without management's approval.
Caboose Rental
The entire birthday caboose is yours for your special day.

- Capacity for approximately 15 people.
- Features benches for seating and a small table, access to the "cupola" (you can see the whole train from up there)!
- $450 on any regularly scheduled train. Please call for more details and to check availability.

Lodging
The Comfort Inn & Suites, Pottstown would like to extend a 10% discount to all patrons of the Colebrookdale Railroad. All the patrons would have to do is mention the railroad at the time of booking or check in to receive the discount!
