Please Note: Group rates are generally unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, and during our peak season from October through December, when many excursions sell out well in advance.
Private Train Charters
For the ultimate exclusive experience, charter the entire train and enjoy a private journey through the breathtaking landscapes of Pennsylvania’s Secret Valley. Whether you’re hosting an elegant celebration, corporate event, fundraiser, or private gathering, our train can be customized to meet your needs.
Charter Options Include:

Capacity
Our beautifully restored historic railcars can accommodate events of various sizes:
- Deluxe Coach: Seats up to 78 guests
- Dining Car & Lounge: Seats up to 60 guests and is available with catering service
- Parlor & Lounge Cars: Seat up to 44 guests and offer à la carte beer, wine, and soft drinks. Cocktail service is also available upon request.
A deposit is required to reserve your preferred date.
Availability Notice: Private charters during Saturdays, Sundays, and our busy holiday season (October through December) are not available at the excursion charter rate without management’s approval. We encourage booking early to secure your desired date.
