ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be granted. All “reservation only – limited seating events” are time and date specific. All sales will be final and no refunds will be granted. No refunds are given for group no-shows.

DISCLAIMER: Schedules are adhered to as closely as possible, however the railroad reserves the right to alter schedules and itinerary, cancel trains and substitute equipment as conditions demand.

PASSENGERS PLEASE NOTE: Because of the demand for tickets and limited seating on our trains, tickets are non-refundable. In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to transfer your tickets to another date or time, please call or email the business office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip. A non-waivable transfer fee of $10.00 per ticket will apply for each ticket transfered as well as any price increase that would apply. Thank you for your consideration.
