Step into the cab and discover what it takes to be a diesel locomotive engineer. This experience introduces guests to the fundamentals of operating a diesel locomotive, offering an engaging, behind-the-scenes perspective on railroad operations. Participants learn practical skills and observe controls, sounds, and procedures that define locomotive operation, guided to provide an authentic taste of life on the rails.
All passengers are required to wear closed-toed shoes, pants, and have a pair of work gloves. We appreciate your cooperation.
Upon arrival, please make your way to the Boyertown ticket station area, and our engineer should greet you there upon the start of the experience.
