Your culinary journey becomes a dance of romance and delight. Savor a perfectly crafted Lasagna or beef burgundy tender and flavorful, served with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp, fresh green beans.

Dining (Dining Car, Lounge Car, Valhalla Car, and Beaver Car): Passengers in Dining Class will partake in the served meal. Please select your dinner choice at checkout. Drinks and light fare are also available for purchase from our à la carte menu.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking a meal excursion, all tickets must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance due to meal selections. We cannot accept same day bookings in Dining Class.

First Class (Parlor Car): Passengers in the First-Class Parlor do not receive the dinner options but will receive a complimentary beverage, a champagne toast, a hors d’oeuvres plate, and dessert. Drinks and light fare are also available for purchase throughout the train from our à la carte menu. The first-class cars are reserved for ages 13+.

Coach Class (Deluxe Coach Car): Passengers in the Coach class cars can enjoy our light-fare à la carte menu with delicious seasonal snacks and beverages as no meals are served.
