A Day With The Zoo
Join us for a special Day With the Zoo, proudly sponsored by Elmwood Park Zoo and Tompkins Bank & Trust!
This educational and interactive excursion is designed for children ages 6–11, with space available for up to 30 children, each accompanied by one adult chaperone.
The day will combine a memorable train experience with hands-on learning. Zoo animals and educators will be joining us at the rail yard, giving children and their families the opportunity to observe the animals up close, ask questions, and interact with zoo professionals. Children will also participate in age-appropriate educational activities focused on the animals and their habitats.
Thanks to the generous support of Elmwood Park Zoo and Tompkins Bank & Trust, this unique educational experience is offered at no charge to participating children and their adult chaperones.
